As an Idaho native, Donna has been serving the Treasure Valley for 20 years with her gentle, compassionate approach to care. With advanced training and decades of experience treating women in every stage of life, she assists her patients to achieve the goals they set for themselves.  Donna's patient-centered approach is kind, lighthearted and empathic. She understands healthcare has historically left women behind; from lack of research into women's care to women being gaslit and dismissed by those they are asking for help from, she wants to shift the Fl·Oh towards women understanding their bodies, how to feel and look their best, how to take charge of their fertility and how to age with grace, beauty and dignity.

Donna has worked as a solo practitioner, in a group practice with like minded acupuncturists, alongside practitioners of different disciplines such as Medical Doctors and Naturopaths, and in large organizations like in Women's Services and the Cancer Institute at St. Luke's Hospital.

When she isn't "Acupunctur-ing" you'll find Donna in the foothills, at a local yarn shop, in the cookbook section of the LIBRARY! or at a local nursery looking for new plants she'll try not to kill in her makeshift garden. And often she'll be found at the dog park with her bestie, Nelson the Golden Retriever.

We specialize in fertility support, helping people conceive naturally; we also work in concert with reproductive endocrinologists for people who are undergoing IVF or IUI. We care for those who want to conceive as a birth surrogate and for everyone after conception and throughout pregnancy to birth preparation. We support and care for individuals who want to conceive and don't identify as female as a SAFE SPACE FOR ALL.

We treat adolescents struggling with painful or irregular periods that are often accompanied by acne or mood swings. We offer education opportunities to those who want to understand their bodies and the cycles they are going through.  Acupuncture is also extremely effective managing anxiety and depression, two conditions our young people are dealing with now more than ever.

We treat women who are experiencing peri-menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes, dryness, mood swings, acne and skin changes and weight gain. Acupuncture and when appropriate, herbal medicine are so effective at balancing hormones and restoring the smooth and regular Fl·Oh of energy. We address hair thinning and facial changes with specialized treatments including micro-needling and facial acupuncture for those who want to naturally look and feel their best without injecting substances or undergoing surgery.
